Welcome to the website of The Leather Archives & Museum.  The LA&M is located in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood on the north side of the city. 

The Museum is open to visitors & researchers on:

Thursday from 11am - 7pm
Friday from 11am - 7pm
Saturday from 11am - 5pm
Sunday from 11am - 5pm

The LA&M will be closed Saturday, July 4^th for the Independence Day holiday

Admission is free to members, $5.00 to non-members.
Last admission to the exhibits is 30 minutes before closing time.
Access to the Archival Collections requires an appointment in advance.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the LA&M.

The 10,000 sq. foot, two-story building houses:

Preserving material from all leather/fetish communities
Sending The LA&M Road Show around the country
Providing email and telephone research assistance
