Biographical Note

Harvey John "Jack" McGeorge II, aka Jack Wolf, was born on September 29, 1949 in Nyack, New York. Jack was a specialist in chemical and biological weapons whose career was dedicated to the security of the United States and the world in his work with the United States Marine Corps, the U.S. Secret Service, and as the principle chemical and biological munitions specialist with the United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC). Before and after his work with UNMOVIC, McGeorge headed the Public Safety Group (PSG) in Woodbridge, Virginia. Founded by McGeorge, PSG provided the intelligence community with expert consulting on chemical and biological munitions and terrorist activities from 1981-2010.

Jack McGeorge was also a prominent member of the BDSM and M/s communities. He was a founding member and an emeritus board member of Black Rose in Washington DC and served in several capacities including Chairman of the Board, President, Secretary and Co-chair for Black Rose’s BR10, their first annual national convention for BDSM communities. He was also a member of The Eulenspiegel Society, Gay Male S/M Activists (GMSMA) and the leather club Delta.

Jack was also passionate about role play, teaching and activism; he taught on a wide variety of topics for many groups and events for two decades. Jack served for five years on the Leather Leadership Conference (LLC) board, was the Co-chair for the LLC 2000 conference, and an Emeritus Board Member. Jack was a past Chairman of the Board of National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF) and served as Chair for the Community-Academic Consortium for Research on Alternative Sexualities (CARAS) Board.

Jack explored a passion for Master slave dynamics. He established a household, the Order for Discipline and Service. He was greatly influenced by monastic and military structure and developed household manuals, uniforms, brochures, and a household philosophy. In 2005, Jack and slave raven held the Northeast Master and slave title.

His community awards included: Black Rose Vaughn Keith National Education Award in 1998, Dr. Anthony F. DeBlase Professor of SM Arts and Letters in 1999, Pantheon of Leather Mid-Atlantic Regional Award in 1998 and 2000, Black Rose Elder Award in 2000, Centurion Award (2000) from Joseph Bean and the Leather Archives & Museum, Pat Bond Community Service Award from TES in 2003, Pantheon of Leather Man of the Year Award in 2004.

Jack McGeorge died from complications following cardiac surgery on August 18, 2009.
